     Homestead accessories we make on our homestead in Waterville Maine. These are items that we have refined, and found the most useful on our small farm that we are able to make, and eager to share the cost saving with you versus buying commercially!

     Each product made differs slightly depending on the materials available such as sink style, wood color, ect. but doesn't at all compromise the quality of the our products. Custom requests accepted, contact us with any questions! Products can be picked up in Waterville, Maine or we are willing to meet within a reasonable distance for an additional fee. Always adding more as we go, check back soon!

 How it works; We are a busy family who makes these items on the side. We cannot hold orders due to limited storage space. We will let you know when your items are done and ready for pick up. Arrangements must be made within 48hrs of completion for pickup, otherwise we reserve the right to resell the items and recoup our cost. You may be added back to the end of the build schedule, once payment is made in full. 

                     Payments are required in full before items are built, we are a small business and rely on payment to purchase wood for the next build. Payments on custom builds are non refundable. We are always willing to work with people, although these policies have been made necessary.
